Concerns, Complaints, and Client Feedback
Most concerns that arise in the course of counseling can be addressed collaboratively and directly. However, if you feel additional support or formal guidance is needed, the information below is provided in accordance with state licensing requirements.
I welcome feedback and concerns at any time. You may contact the practice owner, Amber Keith, at contact@amberkeiththerapy.com.
License, Ethical, or Scope-of-Practice Concerns
Professional counseling services are regulated at the state level. If you believe a clinician has acted outside their professional scope or violated ethical or licensing standards, concerns may be directed to the appropriate regulatory board based on the client’s physical location at the time services were provided.
Jurisdiction & Telehealth Disclosure
Counseling services are provided via telehealth and are governed by the laws and professional regulations of the state in which the client is physically located at the time of session.
Amber Keith holds active professional counseling licenses in Texas, Montana, and Oregon. Clients must be located in one of these states at the time services are provided.
