What Therapy Looks Like in Practice
First, I listen. I want to understand your story: where you’ve been, what you’re experiencing now, and how you want your life to feel moving forward. You get to share what’s working, what isn’t, and what you hope will change.
From there, we work together to identify the skills, insights, and strategies that will support the direction you want to go. My goal is to help you build the tools you need to feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with the life you want to create.
If you're curious about starting therapy or want to explore your next steps, I’d be happy to talk.
